Fortune 100 company improves their website after WIBM highlights gender bias

The parent company of TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Homegoods has made improvements to their website, likely in response to Washington Initiative for Boys and Men highlighting clear gender bias on their site. The overall effect is to somewhat reduce the degree to which the corporation’s website conveys a preference for female employees and suppliers over male employees and suppliers.
